Who runs this

Goals With Daniel is run by Daniel Kang. For anything privacy-related, email daniel@goalswithdaniel.com.

What's collected

• When you text: your phone number or WhatsApp ID, your name if you share it, and the content of your messages — your goal, your check-ins, your proof photos. That's the service working, not tracking.
• When you request the Rescue Pack: your email address and your answer to the "where do you get stuck" question, delivered via the form provider Web3Forms.
• When you pay: payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch this website or Daniel's systems.
• On this website: Microsoft Clarity and PostHog record anonymized visit and interaction data (pages viewed, taps, scrolling) to help improve the pages. No account or login exists, and no personal profile is built from it.

AI-assisted processing

To draft check-ins quickly, message content may be processed by AI service providers under Daniel's supervision. It is used only to run your accountability service — never for advertising, and it is never sold.

How long it's kept

Message history and goal notes are kept while you use the service, so your check-ins have context. Want it gone? Text "delete my data" in your thread or email daniel@goalswithdaniel.com, and your data will be deleted within 30 days (except records that payment processing legally requires keeping).

What's never done

• Your data is never sold.
• Your messages are never shared with anyone except the service providers needed to run the service (messaging, AI drafting, payments, forms).
• Your results are never used publicly without your explicit OK.

Age

The service is for adults 18+. If you're under 18, please don't submit your information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, it will be announced in your thread or by email before it applies to you.
